Clever Rabbit, web designer in Oldbury and Birmingham

(Web designer in Quinton & Harborne)

Your neighbour, who builds websites.

I’m Ben, the one-person studio behind Clever Rabbit. I design and build websites, online shops and brands for businesses in Quinton and Harborne, from B68, just over a mile away.

(Where I am)

About a mile from either.

Harborne is 1.1 miles from my desk and Quinton 1.4 miles. You are about as local as my clients get, so meeting up is easy whenever you want to.

Harborne High Street is one of the busiest independent high streets around Birmingham, packed with restaurants, bars, salons and boutiques. Quinton runs along Hagley Road West to the M5, with shops, trades and service businesses that need to be found by people nearby.

For a busy high street, a website has one job above all: turn someone scrolling on their phone into someone walking through your door, booking a table or picking up the phone.

(Why local)

Made for independents.

Bookings, not just browsing

Restaurants, salons and studios live on bookings. I build sites that put booking, opening times and directions one tap away, because that is what people on a phone are looking for.

A brand people remember

Independents compete on personality. Fresh’s website gives a DJ and artiste agency a bold identity and a proper roster, and that same care goes into every brand I build.

Show off the work

If your work is visual, the website should be a gallery that sells. HiHendrix’s portfolio puts the best work first so new clients see the quality in seconds.

(How it works)

Simple, from first chat to launch.

01 · Free chat

A call, a coffee or a WhatsApp. You tell me what you need and I ask the questions that matter.

02 · Fixed quote

A clear price and timeline in writing before anything starts. No hourly surprises.

03 · Design & build

You see the design early, give feedback, and watch it come together. I keep you posted throughout.

04 · Launch & care

I put it live, check it on every device and look after it afterwards, from £15 a month.

(Questions)

Web design in Quinton & Harborne, answered.

How close are you to Quinton and Harborne?

Very close. Clever Rabbit is in B68, 1.1 miles from Harborne and 1.4 miles from Quinton, so popping over to meet is easy.

Can we meet in person?

Of course. Most projects run over calls, WhatsApp and email, but if you would rather sit down over a coffee in Harborne or Quinton, just say.

Can you add online booking to my website?

Yes. Restaurants, salons and studios can take bookings straight from the site, linked to the booking system you already use or a new one.

How much does a website cost?

Starter websites begin at £1,995, bespoke websites at £3,495 and online shops at £4,995. You get a fixed quote after a short chat, with no VAT on top.

I have a shop. Should I sell online too?

If your products travel well, it can make a big difference. Online shops start at £4,995, and I can show you what it would take before you commit.

Can you design our branding too?

Yes. Logos start at £595 and full brand identities at £1,495, so your shopfront, menu, website and socials all feel like one place.

How do I get found by people nearby?

A fast, clear website, a complete Google Business Profile and plenty of genuine reviews. I build the first and help you get the other two right.

Who keeps the website up to date?

I host and look after it from £15 a month, and you can message me when menus, prices or opening times change.
