Case study · Project Management
A project and cost management consultancy, redesigned from the ground up to look like the firm its clients already trusted.
(The Brief)
Trinity PC keep complex builds organised, control cost and manage risk across industrial, commercial, residential and mixed use schemes. Senior people on every appointment, straight answers at every stage. The website told none of that story. They came to us for a redesign that reflected the calibre of the consultancy, and a site that could start pulling its weight in local search.
Consultancy is a trust purchase. Clients are handing over big budgets and bigger responsibilities, and they choose firms that look like they can carry them. Trinity PC had the track record but not the storefront. On top of that, they needed to be findable: when someone searches for project or cost management locally, the firm that shows up wins the enquiry.
Rebuild the identity and the site around the one thing that actually sets Trinity PC apart: senior involvement on every single appointment, and guidance without the jargon. Then put the structure, content and local signals underneath so Google sends the right people to it.
(The Work)
A custom projects database with every entry carrying real structured data: client, occupier, approximate value, completion date, size, BREEAM/EPC rating and Trinity's role on site.
Projects backed by genuine aerial footage of the site, not stock photography standing in for work Trinity didn't actually do.
A confident, professional identity built to match two decades of real delivery, not oversell it.
(The Portfolio)
A selection from Trinity’s project portfolio, brought to life with genuine drone footage captured on site. Each project has its own record — client, occupier, approximate value, completion date, size, BREEAM/EPC rating and Trinity’s role — so the work is shown with the context behind it, not just a photo and a caption.
(The Live Feed)
We built a live LinkedIn feed into the site, bringing Trinity’s latest site activity, company news and team updates straight from the place they already post. New content appears automatically, keeping the website current without creating another thing for the team to manage.
(Visual Identity)
Property and construction clients trust a firm that looks like it has already delivered, not one still trying to prove itself. A bold orange accent against dark, restrained neutrals keeps the site feeling assured rather than shouty.
