Every project starts with a free discovery call, then a fixed build quote, from £995. Care plans run for 12 months (6 for small jobs), then month to month. The software your system uses is in your name, so you always own your accounts and your data. Not VAT registered, so nothing is added on top.

(What’s included)

Where the hours come back.

Most businesses do not need artificial intelligence everywhere. They need the same five boring jobs to stop landing on someone’s desk every day.

I map how the work actually flows today, find the steps a computer can do better, then build and test the workflow against your real data before it goes live.

  1. Process mappingWe walk through the job step by step, so nothing gets automated that should not be.
  2. Workflow buildConnections between the tools you already use, built with Make.com or directly through their APIs.
  3. Testing on real dataEvery workflow is tested against real examples before you rely on it.
  4. AI assistantsWhere it helps, an assistant trained on your services and FAQs that answers customers and captures leads, handing over to a person when it matters.
  5. Hand-over guideA short guide to how it all works, plus everything you need to keep it running.

(Questions)

Your questions, answered.

How much does business automation cost?

Builds start at £995, quoted as a fixed price after a free discovery call. A monthly care plan, from £99, then keeps everything monitored and working.

Why is there a monthly care plan?

Automations connect to other people’s software, and that software changes. The care plan means someone is watching your workflows and fixing them when an update breaks something, rather than you finding out from an angry customer.

What kind of jobs can be automated?

Anything repetitive and rule-based: moving details from forms into your systems, sending letters and emails, building case files, sorting applications, chasing payments and booking follow-ups. Sheriff & Penny and Little Business Loans are two real examples.

Who pays for the software?

You do, directly, in your own name, unless your quote says otherwise. That way you always own your accounts and your data.

What if I want to stop the care plan?

After the minimum term it runs month to month and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice. I hand over everything you need to keep the system running yourself or with someone else.

What would you stop doing?

Tell me what you need. You’ll hear back from me, Ben, not a sales team. Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
