Design FAQ's

The salary of a full time designer can cost anywhere between 40k to upwards of 80k per year, plus benefits and pension schemes etc.

With our subscription model we take away all that hassle, with one easy subscription fee and no contracts. 

If you only need a small project completing then our Essential package is perfect. If you need longer term then prepay for 3 months and save 10% per month.

Between our team we use Adobe CC / Figma / Webflow for design requests. Adobe stock images / photos. Asana for all design requests and communication. And coffee, lots of coffee.

Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as possible. You can also prioritise your most important jobs, so they will be completed first. 

Most design requests are completed within 48 hours, however more complex requests may take between 3 – 5 days to complete. Once your request is uploaded it will be given a time for the task to be completed. 

We use Asana to create tasks for all design requests. A task is a secured place where you can invite as many team members as you wish, and upload all design requests. Once a task is completed, all team members in the thread will be notified.

We have made the design request as simple as possible. You can send us mock up files, a general outline of what you require or simply a brief description. The more specific and detailed you can be with each request the easier it is for team to turn around the work for you. 

No problem, we will continue to revise each design request until you are 100% satisfied. 

Sure is. Clever Rabbit do not cover the following:

Word Docs & forms, Google / Powerpoint presentations, GIF’s, Lottie animation, Complex packaging, Extensive print (magazines, books etc), 3D and AR (augmented reality) design. 

That being said, we will always try to help where possible, but if a submitted request is something we do not cover you will be informed straight away.

When you have purchased a subscription you will receive a welcome email with a video introduction. A new task thread will be set up in Asana where you can invite any team members and begin sending your design requests. 

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on active subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle, and you can continue to submit design requests until the end of the active subscription.

Any prepaid subscriptions will still be active until the renewal date expires. 

Are working days are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. Our local time is London BST.

We will also be closed on all UK bank holidays.

This would depend on how many features you need for the website, but typically the Starter Plan would take 4 weeks to go live, the Advanced Plan 4-6 weeks and the Pro Plan between 6-8 weeks.

If there are eCommerce products to add then we would give you a rough timescale upon signing up for a plan, or you can arrange a 15 min video call, above, to discuss your requirements in person.

We’ve curatedproactive security measures into multiple layers of our platform’s infrastructure. This includes encrypting data at the storage level, deploying an SSL as standard on all sites, inbound filtering to prevent malicious requests and much more.
