This would depend on how many features you need for the website, but typically the Starter Plan would take 4 weeks to go live, the Advanced Plan 4-6 weeks and the Pro Plan between 6-8 weeks.

If there are eCommerce products to add then we would give you a rough timescale upon signing up for a plan, or you can arrange a 15 min video call, above, to discuss your requirements in person. 

We use Asana to create tasks for all design requests. A task is a secured place where you can invite as many team members as you wish, and upload all design requests. Once a task is completed, all team members in the thread will be notified.

We have made the design request as simple as possible. You can send us mock up files, a general outline of what you require or simply a brief description. The more specific and detailed you can be with each request the easier it is for team to turn around the work for you. 

No problem, we will continue to revise each website design request until you are 100% satisfied.

When you have purchased a subscription one of our website team will  be in touch to run through your web design project. A new task thread will be set up in Asana where you can invite any team members and begin sending your design requests. 

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on active subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle, and you can continue to submit design requests until the end of the active subscription.
